A Leader in Adult Care has responsibility for managing community or residential based services. This role has a large element of leadership, whether with other care workers and networks or in leading the service itself.
Lead Practitioner in Adult Care Level 4: ST0007
The Lead Practitioner in Adult Care will guide and inspire team members to make positive differences to someone’s life when they are faced with physical, practical, social, emotional, psychological or intellectual challenges. They will have achieved a level of self-development to be recognised as a lead practitioner within the care team, contributing to, promoting and sustaining a values-based culture at an operational level.
Lead Adult Care Worker Apprenticeship Level 3: ST0006
The Lead Adult Care Worker standard (Level 3) is the next step up from the Adult Care Worker apprenticeship (Level 2). This apprenticeship is for those with “responsibility for providing supervision, front line leadership, guidance and direction for others, or working autonomously, exercising judgement and accountability.”
Adult Care Worker Apprenticeship Level 2: ST00005
The Adult Care Worker standard (Level 2) is the entry-level apprenticeship for the health and social care sector. If you have apprentices on this standard, they are likely to be working as “front-line staff who help adults with care and support needs to achieve their personal goals and live as independently and safely as possible, enabling them to have control and choice in their lives.”
Team Leader Supervisor Apprenticeship Level 3: ST0384
The Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship is for someone who can take responsibility for managing a team or discrete project. They can support, manage and develop team members, manage projects, plan and monitor workloads and resources.
Business Administrator Apprenticeship Level 3: ST0070
This apprenticeship will suit you if you are in an administrative role in any industry and want to develop your administration skills. You will gain practical knowledge of administrative tasks and project planning and will develop your Knowledge Skills and Behaviors in your workplace. Industry recognised Apprenticeship Standard Functional; Skills in Math’s and English.
Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Level 2 : ST0072
The role of a customer service practitioner is to deliver high quality products and services to the
customers of their organisation. Your core responsibility will be to provide a high quality service to
customers which will be delivered from the workplace, digitally, or through going out into the
customer’s own locality.
Learning Mentor Apprenticeship Level 3: ST0148
Learning Mentors will have sector- specific experience and qualifications, as determined by their employer or professional body, which they use to guide and advise those who are less experienced and new to a work role. The LM is therefore a ‘dual professional’ having both up-to-date knowledge and skills in a specialist vocational or subject area, together with the generic skills necessary to support learners (as potentially a first step towards a secondary role as an education and training professional).
Learning and Development Practitioner Apprenticeship Level 3: ST0562
The L&D Practitioner role supports the learning and development function to contribute to, and influence, improved performance in the workplace at an individual, team and organisation level. Typically, the role would work alongside colleagues who specialise in Human Resources and often supported by an L&D Administrator.
