The IQ Level 2 Diploma in Team Leading (QCF) is a qualification aimed at individuals who intend to develop and gain formal recognition of their knowledge, understanding and competence of leading teams. The qualification is generic, so it is suitable for individuals working or with access to work in a variety of roles in which leadership is a core component. Deposit £50 then monthly instalments.
The level 3 QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care. Accredited by Industry Qualifications, this course is ideal for those who work with adults and children in health and social care settings, with some responsibility and sometimes working without supervision. Delegates will be equipped with a vast understanding and skillset to ensure confidence in performing their working role to the highest standard and in compliance with all legal guidelines; this will allow them to demonstrate their skills and potentially move on to a senior position. Delegates will complete a selection of both mandatory and optional units, with each unit holding a different credit value; delegates must gain a minimum total of 58 credits in order to pass the course. Deposit £70 then monthly instalments.
The Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services (England) (QCF) develops the skills and knowledge learners need to become well trained managers and leaders who can innovate and respond to a changing environment. It enables managers and leaders to meet challenges and opportunities within the sector. Learners can choose from several pathways within adult services or children and young people’s services with optional units to allow the learning to be tailored to a range of roles. Deposit £100 then monthly instalments.
